Long distance phone calls are one thing but these two appear to be communicating at very close quarters.
The photo is from the film His Girl Friday starring Cary Grant and Rosalind Russell who role as a divorced couple working together in the editorial office of the Morning Post newspaper.
Editor Walter Burns (Cary Grant) discovers his ex wife and star reporter Hildy Johnson (Rosalind Russell) is about to remarry and sets about trying to dismantle the wedding plans. The photograph above shows the two of them deep into separate conversations. Can you think of a funny caption for the photo.
