Funny Signs – Smoking Fish

This has got to be one of most bizarre funny signs ever. It’s a notice asking people to stop littering the floor with cigarette butts because fish are coming out of the water at night and puffing away on the butts. That’s a strange sign but useful if it helps the smoking fish to quit.
Can you put a name to the breed of smoking fish, or maybe the river or lake they’re swimming and coughing in?
