The photograph is a funny sign displayed at a restaurant in Thailand and goes against the chain of thought that marketing is very important in any kind of business. A brand needs to have the right name and in the restaurant game choosing a name which says something about a restaurant’s beautiful setting, style of cuisine or ambiance can go a long way to attracting new customers to dine there. Then again, the Pee & Poo Steak House definitely has a name with a lot of novelty value.

Pee and Poo?….. in Thailand they are quite common nicknames and I think the restaurant’s name has definite appeal and is a sound marketing idea. Whether that was intentional or not I have no idea.
